Menadier Engineering LLC is growing, and we are looking for a high-performing Civil Engineer who can lead projects from start to finish while also elevating our internal project management and engineering team. What You’ll Do (Start-to-Finish Production + Leadership)

In this role, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of civil engineering projects, including:

• Lead civil engineering projects from kickoff through final deliverables
• Produce and/or oversee site civil design, plan sets, calculations, and technical documentation
• Coordinate project schedules, milestones, and internal workload planning
• Ensure quality control and consistent standards across deliverables
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and technical oversight to engineering staff and project managers
• Support project planning, scope development, and client communication
• Collaborate with leadership to improve workflows, production standards, and efficiency
• Assist with permitting coordination and agency responses when needed
• Maintain project organization, documentation, and professional communication throughout

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (required)
• Strong civil engineering experience with the ability to deliver projects from start to finish
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with a high level of accuracy
• Strong communication skills and professional judgment
• A leadership mindset with the ability to guide and mentor others

Preferred Qualifications

• Florida PE license (or ability to obtain within a reasonable timeframe)
• Experience leading project teams and overseeing engineering production
• Background in land development, site design, and permitting coordination
• Experience improving workflows, standards, and production efficiency
• Client-facing confidence and relationship-building ability
